Shelby Sandlin serves as a Pre-Closer and RON Manager at Home Surety Title, where
she has been helping clients and Realtors navigate the closing process for the past two
years. Shelby is passionate about problem-solving and enjoys finding creative solutions
that help keep transactions moving smoothly toward the closing table. Clients and
agents can count on her determination, attention to detail, and commitment to finding
the best path forward.

Outside of the office, Shelby and her husband are deeply involved in their church
community, where they serve as youth leaders. She also manages her church’s coffee
shop, Chari Coffee, assists with content creation, social media, and graphic design, and
leads the church’s Deaf Ministry through American Sign Language interpretation. Fluent
in ASL, Shelby is passionate about serving others and creating meaningful connections.

Driven, passionate, and caring, Shelby brings energy and dedication to everything she
does. While she may know more about coffee and matcha than most people, her
greatest joy comes from helping others and being part of a team that works every day to
unlock dreams through homeownership.
