Scarlett Gonzalez serves as a Pre-Closer at Home Surety Title, where she helps guide
real estate transactions from contract to closing with precision and care. Since joining
the team, Scarlett has enjoyed helping clients and agents navigate the unique
challenges that come with every transaction while working to create a smooth and
successful closing experience.

Known for her clear communication and reliability, Scarlett is committed to keeping
clients informed and supported throughout the process. Her attention to detail and
problem-solving mindset help ensure that transactions stay on track and reach the
closing table successfully.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Scarlett frequently assists Spanish-speaking clients
and brings valuable experience working with builders, new construction transactions,
and investment properties. She also offers a unique perspective through her own real
estate investing experience, having successfully completed a property flip in 2025.
Understanding both the professional and personal sides of real estate allows her to
better serve clients and anticipate their needs.

Outside of work, Scarlett enjoys staying active, cooking, and spending time with her
dogs, Bella and Lulu. She’s also a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast who loves
discovering new coffee shops and blends. A proud graduate of the University of
Memphis, Scarlett earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a
Bachelor of Arts in Spanish in 2024.
