Jeff McEvoy is the Owner and Managing Attorney of Home Surety Title & Escrow LLC,
where he has spent more than 35 years building more than just a company—he’s built a
mission-driven team dedicated to protecting property rights, empowering homeowners,
and unlocking dreams. Under Jeff’s leadership, Home Surety has become a trusted
name in the real estate and title industry, known for its client-first approach, integrity,
and excellence.

Jeff currently serves as the Title Insurance Political Action National President and is a
Charter Member of the 12th Floor Group, an exclusive industry think tank made up of
respected leaders and innovators in the title industry. He also serves on the Board of
Governors for the American Land Title Association (ALTA), helping shape national
conversations around policy, advocacy, and the future of the title industry. A passionate
and engaging speaker, Jeff is frequently invited to present at major national conferences
including ALTA, the National Business Institute, and the National Settlement Services
Summit, where he shares insights on legal issues, regulatory developments, and
industry leadership.

Beyond his professional work, Jeff is deeply committed to strengthening communities
and expanding access to homeownership. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of
Directors for United Housing, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating pathways to
affordable homeownership, and is also a member of the Board of Directors for
CONVERGENCE Memphis, where he works alongside other community leaders to
address critical issues facing the Memphis region.

Jeff’s leadership and dedication were recognized when he received the ALTA Our

title industry. Jeff often says that over the years they have built more than a company at
