Kelly Peevyhouse

Staff Attorney

Kelly joined the Home Surety Team as an Attorney in January 2019. Originally from the DC area, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia in 2008 and obtained her law degree from the University of Memphis in 2016. Following law school, Kelly practiced general civil litigation, and she draws on that experience daily to identify and resolve title issues for her clients. Kelly specializes in clearing complex title problems, managing multiple property transactions, and zealously advocating for her clients. Outside of the closing room, Kelly loves to spend time with her husband, Aaron, and two boys, Owen and Graham.
