Kristi Roberts has been a cornerstone of the Home Surety Title team for 24 years,
serving as Closing Manager and helping guide countless clients through one of life’s
biggest milestones. With decades of experience and a deep understanding of the
closing process, Kristi is known for her ability to think outside the box, navigate complex
situations, and ensure transactions reach the closing table successfully.

For Kristi, the most rewarding part of her job is the people. Whether she’s handing keys
to first-time homebuyers, helping sellers begin a new chapter, or assisting investors in
pursuing the American dream, she values the relationships built along the way. Clients
and Realtors alike know they can count on her for clear, consistent communication and
a steady hand throughout the transaction process.

Outside of work, Kristi enjoys visiting her daughter in Nashville, taking girls’ trips, thrift
shopping, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers. She is a member of Highland
Church of Christ and enjoys spending time with family and friends. A fun fact about
Kristi is that she holds a retired real estate license, giving her a unique perspective on
the real estate industry and the clients she serves. She is also a Notary Public and has
completed extensive title education throughout her career.
