Lourdes Roman has been a valued member of the Home Surety Title team for five
years, helping guide clients through one of the most important milestones of their lives.
Homeownership is a major achievement, and Lourdes is passionate about making sure
every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the closing process. As
a fluent Spanish speaker, she is able to serve and connect with a diverse range of
clients and families.

Known for her dedication to excellence, Lourdes takes pride in providing exceptional
service and walking clients through every step of their journey. She finds great joy in
celebrating each family’s accomplishment and is honored to play a role in helping them
achieve their dreams.

Outside of work, Lourdes enjoys spending time with her husband of 21 years and their
two children. Whether she’s taking family walks, enjoying picnics, watching movies,
cheering on the Boston Red Sox and Colorado Rockies, or spending time with friends
and her church community at Resurrection Catholic Church, making meaningful
memories is what she loves most. Born and raised in Mexico, Lourdes brings a warm,
outgoing spirit and a goal-driven mindset to everything she does.
