Marketing Director

Sabrina Buchanan serves as the Marketing Director for Home Surety Title & Escrow,
where she leads the company’s marketing, branding, education, and community
outreach efforts. Since joining Home Surety in 2021, Sabrina has helped grow the
company’s presence across the Mid-South through innovative marketing strategies,
agent education programs, social media initiatives, and community partnerships.

Passionate about helping others succeed, Sabrina develops educational resources and
teaches classes on marketing, branding, social media, and artificial intelligence to real
estate professionals throughout Tennessee and Mississippi. Known for her creativity
and strategic mindset, she enjoys helping agents and industry partners leverage new
tools and ideas to grow their businesses.

A graduate of the University of Memphis with a degree in Marketing, Sabrina has built
her career around helping businesses grow through innovative marketing and
education. In 2026, she transitioned into a remote role with Home Surety after relocating
to the Springfield, Missouri area with her husband, Franklin.

Outside of work, Sabrina and Franklin serve as Associate Pastors at Branson Calvary
Apostolic Church. She is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and creating
opportunities that help others grow both personally and professionally.

Whether she is teaching a class, developing a marketing campaign, or planning an
event, Sabrina is driven by a passion for helping others unlock their potential and
achieve their goals. She is proud to support Home Surety’s mission of unlocking dreams
and helping clients navigate one of life’s most important milestones.
