Meelad Hanna serves as an Attorney at Home Surety Title, bringing more than 11 years
of real estate closing experience and a diverse legal background to the team. In addition
to his work in real estate, Meelad has litigation experience in the areas of probate,
bankruptcy, and divorce law, which provides him with a well-rounded perspective and
knowledge that helps clients navigate even the most complex transactions.

Since joining Home Surety, Meelad has enjoyed working alongside a dynamic team of
real estate professionals who share a passion for helping others achieve their goals. He
takes great pride in helping individuals and families move into their dream homes and is
committed to providing practical guidance and exceptional service throughout the
closing process.

Known for being dependable, friendly, and efficient, Meelad is always willing to answer
questions, work through challenges, and advocate for clients every step of the way. His
approachable nature and extensive legal experience make him a trusted resource for
realtors, lenders, homebuyers, and sellers alike.

Outside of work, Meelad enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and their two
dogs. The family loves taking trips to the beach. A life-long Memphian, he earned his
bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and his law degree from the
University of Memphis. During his time in law school, Meelad was a 3-time published
author in various legal journals and law reviews. He is a huge fan of the Tennessee
Vols and the Memphis Grizzlies.
