Rodney Hall serves as an Attorney at Home Surety Title, where he has spent the past
three years helping individuals and families navigate the opportunities and challenges
that come with homeownership. Rodney is passionate about guiding clients through
important decisions and providing the legal insight needed to help transactions move
forward with confidence.

Known for his accessibility and commitment to service, Rodney takes pride in being
available whenever clients, Realtors, and industry partners need him. Whether
answering questions, resolving issues, or providing guidance, he is dedicated to helping
others find practical solutions and achieve successful outcomes.

Outside of his work at Home Surety, Rodney serves as the State Representative for
Mississippi’s 20th House District, representing DeSoto County in the Mississippi House
of Representatives. He also serves as a Lieutenant Colonel and Infantry Battalion
Commander in the Mississippi Army National Guard, demonstrating a lifelong
commitment to leadership and public service.

Adaptable, empathetic, and decisive, Rodney brings a unique blend of legal expertise,
military leadership, and public service experience to every client interaction. While many
people prefer relaxing at the beach, Rodney would much rather spend his time
exploring historic sites and learning about the people and events that shaped our
nation.
